Master Element (haircut prices $35 to $40) Skilled stylists who demonstrate a commitment to ongoing education.
Executive Element (haircut prices $45 to $55) This element brings a high level of experience to our guests and these stylists act as mentors for the team.
Director Element (haircut prices $60 and up) Directors attend national education throughout the industry and bring it back to the rest of the team through our training program
Artistic Leaders (haircut prices $90 and up)
